How do we overcome wars?

Wars happen on earth because people are at war within themselves. Our greatest enemy is ourselves (or more precisely, our human ego). Meditation and contemplation can reconcile us with our true divine self every day. Thoughts of peace and love towards ourselves and others will transform the world into a better place.

“Peace is every step” – Thich Nhat Hanh

“He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” Proverbs 16:32

“If we are peaceful, if we are happy, we can smile and blossom like a flower, and everyone in our family, our entire society, will benefit from our peace.” –Thich Nhat Hanh

Breathe, give thanks, smile, relax.

I am a beloved child of Divine Love/Great Spirit, and so are you. We are spiritual beings on a human journey. My main interests in life include Nature, music, spirituality, inspiration, philosophy, sports, reading and photography.

  1. I actually blog likewise and I am posting a thing very close to this particular post,
“How do we overcome wars? Real Rest is the Best”.
Do you really mind in the event I personallyutilise a few of your personal suggestions?
    Thanks for your effort ,Jonathon

    1. Thanks for your comment. I don’t mind as my personal suggestions are not really unique. The idea of inner peace leading to world peace may be a universal idea that needs to be brought to people’s awareness as often/much as possible, so it is good to know you are going to post on this as well.
